Challenge:
Users with busy and stressful schedules have difficulty making therapy appointments and receiving an immediate visit summary.
Solution:
Create an app that connects users to therapists from their phones via video call appointments. After the appointment, the user will receive a visit summary from the therapist in the app itself.

I conducted interviews and created a user journey map to understand the users I’m designing for and their needs.
This user group confirmed that a service summary app for therapy visits would be much more beneficial than having to dig through emails or make phone calls to find a link to the therapy results on a different website. Further research
also revealed that accessibility was not the only factor limiting users from therapy appointments but also time and navigation.

Access To a Free and Remote Therapy App
Having access to a free and remote therapy app can help users who have a busy lifestyle, and users who cannot afford therapy, to better their mental health right from their home.
Variety of Options on Homepage
Users have a range of choices to select from on the homepage- from mental health tips, to accessing their after-visit summary, to selecting therapists by name and/or speciality.
Instant After-Visit Summary
The therapists on this app provide an immediate after-visit summary containing important notes and tasks from the appointment. The user can come back to this page whenever he/she would like through the homepage.
