Briostack presents a comprehensive management platform tailored for pest control companies. Our recent advancements focus on refining the user experience in scheduling, introducing a brand-new calendar functionality for seamless appointment management. To elevate our platform, we conducted a thorough competitive analysis, engaging in in-depth user interviews to gain profound insights into customer pain points and ultimate objectives. The process included extensive usability testing of the new calendar prototype. Having valuable research insights, we iteratively refined our designs, culminating in the finalization of our enhanced prototype.
